Omex Manufacturing produces components for a wide range of automotive manufacturers. Our plant, located in Stratford, Ontario, supplies automakers around the world with transmission components, seating mechanisms, and various chassis parts. We specialize in several manufacturing processes—progressive stamping, arc and projection welding, thread rolling, and automated assembly. Non-Strenuous Labour
The products we make are primarily small stampings and assemblies which are lightweight and easy to carry. The vast majority of our parts only weigh a pound or two, and we limit how much every container can weigh, making every work day easier.

Modern Technology
Unlike some companies, our machines aren’t old enough to have grandchildren! In recent years, we have added two new 630-ton servo-presses, five new weld cells, three new automated inspection cells, and several new assembly machines for various processes.
Skilled Trades Apprenticeships
Omex is also proud to offer apprenticeships to aspiring Tool and Die Makers and Industrial Mechanics (Millwrights). We have worked with many young apprentices over the years who are now fully-ticketed tradespeople.
